Welcome to Paradise Awaits, A stunning three-story beach townhouse in the heart of Florida’s renowned Emerald Coast. Welcome to a serene oasis where tranquility and relaxation abound. Picture yourself basking in the soothing ambiance as the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico gently caress the nearby shoreline.

The Emerald Coast stretches about 100 miles along Florida’s Gulf Coast, famous for its beautiful waters and sugary white sands that rival the Caribbean. Our vacation rental, Paradise Awaits, is ideally located in Destin, one of the crown jewels of this coastal area.

Paradise Awaits offers direct access to these dreamy white-sand beaches, thanks to our deeded private beach gate. Our beach amenities, including a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella, ensure that your days by the sea are comfortable and carefree.

This spacious townhouse features three bedrooms and three baths spread across three levels. The first floor houses a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and patio, the second floor hosts an open-concept kitchen and living room, and the grand main suite is on the third floor, complete with a king bed and private balcony. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a space that feels like a home away from home.

But there’s more to Paradise Awaits than just its beachside allure. The property is near various restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, and shopping options. Destin’s HarborWalk Village is a short drive away, offering waterfront shopping, water sports, boat pontoon and jet ski rentals, and world-class fishing.

Spacious and great location
“This property had lots of room for everyone and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach, and the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys made it super easy! Very close to restaurants and shops too! Be aware that this is a 3 level property and the master bedroom (which is huge!) is on the 3rd floor, so lots of up and down stairs. The only disappointment for me was the size and quality of the washer and dryer. It was a very small stack w/d and the washer could only fit maybe 8-10 items of clothing. The dryer was not powerful and took several hours/resets of the cycle to dry the clothes. We ended up going to a laundromat on the last day because with 7 people, the laundry added up. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

“The home was nice felt like home . Felt like we just moved the house to the beach. Everyone can have their own private space and bathrooms. And still can come together in the living room and eating area to enjoy each other and watch tv and eat. Close to the beach and all the stores and eating areas.”

“This is a beautiful place and is indeed very close to the beach. The property manager is very responsive to detail and any issue that comes up. The only issue might be that if one is elderly or at all infirm there are 34 stairs to the master bedroom. There is, however, a full bath on every floor and one could choose to stay on the bottom floor. The kitchen is 17 steps up from there.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our getaway of 5 people. The price point was great, Unit was very clean and updated, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. It is maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the beach so I would suggest bringing a cart to carry your supplies down. Overall it was excellent!

Near the beach
“Beautiful townhome. Great location since it was just a few minutes walk to the beach. This was just what we were looking for. The only negative thing I could think about was the dryer was a bit small and did not really dry our clothes well. Other than that, everything was awesome!

February Winter retreat
“The property was as advertised, clean. check in was good, we did have one small problem with Wi-Fi but it was fixed in a timely manner. A lot of steps for elderly or if you have a bad knee . We did find long dark hair on one of the bathroom floors. Nice pool but to cold to swim in the month of February.”
